Dr. William J. Hirzy, a pioneer and hero in the fight against water fluoridation, expresses his scientific concerns, facts, proofs and theories to the United States Senator Robert Smith (R-NH) surrounding many different reasons why Water Fluoridation should be stopped.
Important facts mentioned in the movie:
- 2/3rds of the children living in fluoridated communities have dental fluorosis in at least 1 tooth.
- Clear evidence that fluoridation is directly linked to cancer

- Chinese Study explains Phyllis Mullenix's work by doing more tests which reveal that precious lipids in the brain that make up neuronal membrane aren't properly formed when fluoridation occurs backing the the symptoms found in the rat experiment by Mullenix.
- At 1ppm, sodium fluoride changes in the cerebral vasculature and significant kidney damage in the test animals.
